Our family felt completely at home with the warm staff. The kids loved the lush gardens, and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful—always fresh fruits available!

However, the room had some layout quirks. The light switches confused us at times, and we struggled with some tiny ants that popped up near the coffee machine.

The family suite exceeded our expectations with a separate bunk bed room for the kids, offering them their own space to play. The pools were well kept, enjoyable for both kids and adults, while the kids club had indoor slides that entertained even the tweens. Additionally, the pool view from our room was stunning, enhancing our overall experience.

Dining options nearby were somewhat limited, necessitating transport for meals outside the hotel.
